MANILA, Philippines — President Duterte is expected to celebrate his birthday with his family in Davao City, Malacañang said yesterday.
Duterte, the oldest person to assume the presidency, will turn 74 tomorrow.
“The same celebration. He stays in the house and with the family,” presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo said when asked about the President’s birthday plans.
Last year, Duterte spent his birthday in Davao City with his grandchildren Stingray, Yair, Shark, Stonefish, Uno and Sabina, who visited him at home.
He did not have any official engagement during his 73rd birthday, which fell on Holy Wednesday.
